Registration for VBS will take place online beginning April. Children age 3 by May 31, 2010 (and fully toilet trained) through completing 5th grade may join us. Doors open at 5:45 and our VBS event will begin promptly at 6 PM in the worship room.

Parents, you can register your kids at church on Sundays mornings starting in May at our registration table in the children’s check-in area or you can register now by CLICKING HERE.

If ordering a T-shirt for your child, please click the link above to register, see pricing information, pick the size of your shirt, and pay through this website with the Online Giving link. Please specify in the Other field “Yours/Your Child’s Name/VBS Shirt” or you can pay at church or mail a check. T-shirt order deadline is June 20th.

At the church you will soon find a bulletin board with many of the supplies we’ll need for VBS. Please come by and sign up to help us get the many supplies we’ll need. Those donations can be returned to the church at any time but we will have a donation box next to our table every Sunday. All donations except for fresh food will need to be turned in by June 15th. Look for the list to be posted online soon!

We need your help to volunteer in VBS too. There are so many different areas you can help in and you can register to help on Sundays or online now by CLICKING HERE.

We invite you to join us for a week full of fun as we watch God work in the lives of our children this summer. Those who have completed 6th grade – adult may join us as volunteers and help in many areas including games, crafts, snacks, crew leaders and more. Consider where you can best reach a child’s life by volunteering at Rock Spring Church. Visit the following website for detailed job descriptions. What does Rock Spring have for the Kids?

Each weekend your child can be a part of an exciting and active environment filled with songs, games, and lovable characters that teach Godly values at an age-appropriate level. Our weekend services meet at the same time as adult services, so while you are experiencing the creative, life-changing worship of Rock Spring Church, your children are experiencing it as well.

Nursery 0-2 (or 3′s still in diapers)
Provide more than just “basic care” for your little ones. Even infants to 3-year-olds need to know that Jesus loves them! Our Nursery class is fun…playful…and packed with learning!

Kaleidoscope Preschool-Kindergarten (3 -K)
Your children will experience high-energy, interactive stories, crafts and games. The children will learn Bible truths that they will remember for a lifetime. Kids will know God…feel His love…and cement a rock-solid friendship with him.

Elevate Kids : 1st-3rd grade
We teach children 1st-3rd grade how to apply Bible concepts and stories to their daily lives with a fun, creative approach including music, graphics, animations and more.
Children experience Sunday in three parts: an opening activity, a large group teaching time with skit and Bible story, and a small group time with several activities. We will take your children on an imaginative journey of Biblical learning.

Preteens: 4th-5th
No matter where your preteens are in their spiritual journey, they all have one thing in common—an inquisitive mind with an overwhelming desire for real relationships. They need a Sunday school curriculum that plunges them into the Bible to get answers to their biggest questions about God, others, and themselves. Our Sunday school curriculum delivers Bible truth in a way that speaks their language! Each week they will hear attention-grabbing Bible lessons that prompt your preteens to dig into the Bible.

Extreme Teens
Extreme Teens is the weekly Sunday morning teaching environment for all teens.  The Middle School (Grade 6^th thru 8^th) and the High School (grade 9^th thru 12^th) meet in room #112 at 9:30 AM.  Each week teens experience a combination of video, games, a challenging talk, and most importantly, interaction with a small group of their peers.  During the 11:15 service the teens will have a recreation time.  Come and experience Extreme Teens – you’ll be glad you did!

Unplugged
Unplugged!  Is a weekly teen get-together on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 PM here at the Rock Spring.  All teens (grades 6^th thru 12^th) are invited to attend.  There are games and fun activities.  For more information, contact Lorne Streets at lorne_streets@unifirst.com.
